FashionPenny Offers Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to set up an exchange or accept a return for a full refund, excluding any shipping fees you may have paid. Please notify us within ten day of receipt of your item. Fashion Penny offers free shipping for exchanges and returns. Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email your request along with your order number and additional info to info@fashionpenny.com. All items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped back within a week of receipt of the delivery label. Once we verify the condition of the returned item, we will issue a credit within one week, to the credit card used for the purchase. The amount credited will be the price that you paid for the returned items and any applicable taxes. We do not refund the shipping charges that you may have paid. When the refund is issued, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card, depending on your financial institution.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.If you are having difficulties with your product please contact us.
